Jay eagle (Spilornis caeruleuspenna)   

These colorful eagles hold a special place in the hearts of the people of Worgos, where they are revered as the national bird and proudly featured on the nation’s coat of arms. Local beliefs suggest that these eagles carry the souls of the departed, granting them their remarkable intelligence. Many Humans in the Follaje region form close bonds with these eagles, making them the most popular pet animals. They are highly intelligent creatures capable of effective communication, often accompanying their Human owners on hunts for larger prey. To summon them, their masters can mimic their high-pitched whistles, each eagle having a unique call. Many of them are used to deliver mail around the Misteria as they are capable of reaching previously unvisited destinations. 

Appearance: These birds of prey may be petite, standing at about 2 feet (60 centimeters) tall with a wingspan of 4 feet (1.2 meter), but their small size is compensated by their remarkable intelligence. Their plumage is a vibrant mix of blue shades along with various other colors that adorn their bodies. They sport a distinctive yellow, hooked beak with black spots at the tip, and their keen eyes are also a bright shade of yellow, granting them good night vision. At the ends of their legs, they possess sharp claws that serve them well in capturing small prey.
