Frozen Isles

A group of islands, both large and small, many of them bearing the remnants of an ancient empire. These islands are often characterized by sheer cliffs, rendering access to them a challenge. Upon their surfaces lie ancient forests, untouched by human presence for centuries. On the southern side of these islands, the waters are littered with the remnants of shipwrecks, as many vessels have run aground over the centuries.

The once-great civilization known as the Vodaks, a society of seafarers hailing from the Frozen Isles, was renowned for their fearless exploration of the sea. They were known to possess some of the world’s most magnificent and swiftest ships. However, their remote location on the map made access to their lands difficult during the harsh winter months. Tragically, after the Great Freeze of 2150, their cities fell into ruin under mysterious circumstances. Legends suggest that they may have fallen prey to the enigmatic creatures of the mist, as reports spoke of a persistent fog shrouding the Isles for weeks on end during those fateful days.
