Astorian dragon (Draco astoricus

Apperance: The largest among the dragons inhabiting the Mountains of Eldor and arguably the most intelligent, Astorian dragons can reach impressive lengths of up to 40 feet (14 meters), boasting broad and robust builds. These dragons are known for their metalworking abilities, smelting metals with their fiery breath and crafting flat, slag-filled plates that they embed into their bodies. They often reside in isolated mountainous regions, with a particular fondness for the Astoria region, from which they derive their name. While they have a high population of young, sightings of elder Astorian dragons are exceedingly rare, with no more than 50 confirmed sightings in the last 300 years. Their powerful pectoral muscles are attached to a keel that shapes their torso, giving it a pointed appearance. Their wings, characterized by long phalanges, provide them with a unique and distinctive dragon-like look. Their sturdy legs are frequently used to capture prey, often as hefty as a bear. Interestingly, they are viewed with animosity in Wildlands, as they are known to hunt the bison considered sacred by the local Beastly.
