Bison (Bos pacificus) 

Bison, often referred to as the Peaceful Ones, hold a revered place among the Beastly race who regard them as the spirits of the forest. These creatures are surrounded by an aura of respect and tranquility that transcends mere physical presence.

In the Wild Lands, there is a strict prohibition against hunting or interfering with these majestic beings in any way. The penalty for such actions is the gravest of all – death. Fortunately, bison are easy to avoid, as they typically cause no harm to sentient creatures and go about their peaceful lives, minding their own business. Encounters with these creatures often leave those who cross their path with a sense of profound, divine peace, and a belief that harming them would be considered unjustified.

Appearance: This impressive bovine is large and robust, standing at 6 feet (1.8 meters) in height and stretching 11 feet (3 meters) in length. It features a humped shoulder region, a shaggy coat that ranges in color from reddish-brown to dark brown, and a noticeable beard on its chin. Both males and females sport horns that curve upward and slightly forward, with the horns being more prominent in males.
