Zephirs (Aeriumgelata)
The fascinating creatures known as Zephirs are nearly transparent beings that bear a striking resemblance to gelatinous jellyfish. These ethereal entities gracefully flow through the air, primarily preying on insects. However, when faced with adversity or hunger, they are known to collaborate in groups to subdue larger quarries.
Zephirs employ their stinging appendages to deliver a potent venom capable of inducing momentary paralysis in their victims. Remarkably, indigenous tribes residing in the Zatara Jungle have harnessed their venom during hunts for larger prey. When gathered in swarms, these creatures can coalesce, forming larger, collective digestive formations to more effectively process and consume their captures.
Appearance: These transparent creatures are roughly the size of a cat and float through the air. Their bodies are elongated and have numerous tendrils that extend from the lower part of their form. These tendrils have spiky spheres filled with poison at their ends. On their upper side, they feature pointed protrusions, including one longer, prominent spike. They don’t appear to have a traditional mouth; instead, they digest food using the entire surface of their body, using their tendrils to facilitate the process.

Abilities:
- Paralyzing sting – When creatures with paralyzing stings make contact with another creature, the affected being must undergo a Decay resistance check with a difficulty of 6. Failing this check results in temporary paralysis lasting for a duration of D10/2 turns.
- Swarm – Creatures unite into larger groups and hunt as a collective entity combining the Body attribute of ALL merged Sephirs. They converge upon their enemies, encircling and confining them. After a successful attack, the targeted enemy finds themselves ensnared within the swarm. To escape, the victim must pass an Athletics check with a difficulty of 7 +1 for EACH 2 Zephirs in the swarm. Failing this check results in the victim suffering D8 damage + COMBINED attackers Body attribute every turn until they successfully break free from the swarm’s grasp. Swarm of more than 10 or more Zephisrs always has Body of 10.
